All grapes come from certified organic vineyards planted with Verdejo on sandy soils enriched with alluvial deposits. A layer of clay deeper in the subsoil helps retain moisture during the hot summer months, ensuring balanced vine growth and optimal ripening
Vinification & Aging
The grapes were harvested by hand. After a gentle pressing, the must was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and the typical aromatic profile of the Verdejo variety.
